Abstract
This questionnaire-based research delves into the impact of female leadership on cultivating positive organizational behavior and cooperative learning communities within Chinese universities, with a sample size of 383 participants. Employing quantitative analysis methods, the study delves into the perceptions and experiences of students and faculty members to scrutinize the correlation between female leadership and organizational behavior, with a specific focus on its influence on cooperative learning environments. The findings highlight the pivotal role of female leadership in nurturing collaborative learning cultures and fostering positive behaviors within academic settings. By scrutinizing the dynamics of leadership gender, this research significantly contributes to the ongoing discourse on gender diversity and its profound implications for organizational dynamics and educational outcomes.
