Abstract

This study explores the growth dynamics of the stationery industry, with a particular focus on a local store in the neighbourhood. The research aims to examine the sales and marketing strategies employed by these stores, along with the methods used to evaluate their effectiveness. Statistical analysis indicates that the success of a stationery shop is largely influenced by its location and its level of engagement with the local community. While some stores have been passed down through generations, others are newly established, yet all are adapting to meet contemporary trends and customer needs.
