Real time observation of Organizational Culture on Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pune District

Abstract

The complex relationship between organizational culture and performance measures of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pune District, Maharashtra is investigated in this study article. This study looks at how cultural aspects affect operational efficiency, staff productivity, and financial results by means of a thorough mixed-method approach integrating quantitative data analysis and qualitative insights. Using structured questionnaires, interviews, and observational data gathered over 12 months, the study covers a sample of 200 MSMEs from many industries. Particularly with regard to innovation orientation, employee engagement, and leadership styles, results show a high association between particular cultural characteristics and corporate performance metrics. By offering real-time observations and pragmatic recommendations for MSME management in quickly changing corporate environments, the study adds to the body of knowledge already in publication.
