Abstract

The analysis studies digitalization in engineering management through a review of artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) and big data analytics as well as cloud computing. These technological tools contribute to better decision processes as well as project execution and operational process efficiency. The study presents analysis about digital transformation obstacles which include cyber threats and staff reluctance towards change and expertise deficiencies.
