Abstract

Organizational success depends on employee engagement and satisfaction of the workplace and HR procedures are necessary to create a happy workplace. Carrier advancement work-life balance decrease and inclusion, along with emphasizing the review of the performance, the study checks how HR procedures affect workers “engagement and job satisfaction”. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted with 100 participants and frequency distribution analysis was used to check data. HR practices have a positive effect on workplace culture and engagement, although the results are placed for improvement in areas such as stress management and development of career. Career development performance reviews and HR practices in employee welfare can increase job satisfaction and engagement.
