Abstract
This report focuses on the challenges of AI integration into Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and facilitators of the change and resistance at different levels. The application of AI in HCM systems is designed to enhance the process, workforce management, and decision-making. However, the resistance to such technological change is often witnessed in an organization. The report highlights the most critical issues that organizations encounter during AI implementation in the Oracle HCM systems and covers the aspects that may make the implementation successful. Suggestions to deal with resistance, change promotion, and a successful implementation of AI are offered.
