Abstract

This article explores the enterprise architecture of cloud-based human resources platforms tailored for the aviation industry. It investigates layered architectural components—spanning user interfaces, business logic, and data governance—that address unique operational and compliance challenges in airline HR systems. Emphasis is placed on modular design, multi-tenant security, and integration patterns linking HR systems with operational platforms such as crew scheduling and payroll. The paper also examines aviation-specific adaptations, including support for mobile workforces and complex labor agreements. Case studies illustrate how architectural strategies enable regulatory compliance and operational efficiency in complex, globally distributed aviation environments.
