Career Preparedness and Academic Achievement: Insights from Yantai City's Universities

Abstract
This study examines the relationship between career preparedness and academic achievement among university students in Yantai City, China. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 420 undergraduate students across three universities. Results indicate a significant positive correlation between career preparedness initiatives and students' academic performance. This suggests that structured career readiness programs substantially benefit academic outcomes.
