Problems on using Mobile Payments Applications
Main Article Content
Abstract
Mobile payment applications have transformed financial transactions. They are convenient and efficient but face several challenges that impact the user experience and adoption. Some of the common problems include device incompatibility, limited support for certain currencies, and technical difficulties resulting from poor internet connectivity. Privacy and data security issues, such as fraud risks and data breaches, also discourage trust among users. In addition, accessibility barriers, ranging from geographical restrictions to high transaction costs and usability issues for lesser tech-savvy folks, add to the woes of adoption. Ensuring widespread acceptance and satisfaction through addressing these issues with proper security protocols, improving infrastructures, and focusing more on user-centric design innovation is important.
